CLOSURE OF TECHNICAL MEETINGS WITH MANAGERS OF PUBLIC ESTABLISHMENTS AND SERVICES UNDER SUPERVISION AS A PRELUDE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ROADMAP
Closing this Wednesday the organizational audit at the level of public establishments and services under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Trade as a prelude to the development of the road map, Minister Julien Paluku Kahongya undertakes to consolidate the export policy of Congolese products; because the Democratic Republic of Congo has several markets to conquer, including American with AGOA, Chinese by focusing on ten sectors initially, African and Congolese.
The certification of Congolese products requires the modernization of the Congolese Control Office-OCC which must have ultra-modern certified laboratories in Kinshasa, in the greater Katanga area and in the east of the country, added the Minister of Foreign Trade while calling on Congolese operators to produce more.
It is time for the Democratic Republic of Congo to evaluate the implementation of the 25 bilateral trade agreements, including 15 signed at the time of Zaire and 10 at the time of the Democratic Republic of Congo, and see why the country has not benefited, concluded Julien Paluku Kahongya, who is counting on the support of all these structures and sectoral ministries.
