DRC-TANZANIA COOPERATION
Strengthening economic and commercial cooperation between the Democratic Republic of Congo and the United Republic of Tanzania, the Minister of Foreign Trade, Julien Paluku Kahongya arrived this Friday, September 18, 2026 in Dar es Salaam.
Julien Paluku Kahongya had a meeting with the Tanzanian Minister of Industry and Trade, Judith Salvio Kapinga, on the menu, the consolidation of cooperation to increase the volume of trade and investments between these two friendly countries and a mixed team of experts was set up to work for 3 days.
Before this tête-à-tête, the Minister of Foreign Trade had a technical meeting with the heads of DRC services based in Tanzania including the General Directorate of Customs and Excise-DGDA, the Multimodal Freight Management Office-OGEFREM and the Center of Expertise, Evaluation and Certification-CEEC.
