OPENING OF THE BOOK ENTITLED “DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO IN THE VIEW OF THE 55 MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE SUMINWA GOVERNMENT (JUNE 12, 2024 – AUGUST 8, 2025)”

"Democratic Republic of Congo: Governance in the light of the 55 meetings of the Council of Ministers of the Suminwa 1 Government, from June 12, 2024 to August 8, 2025", the work of researcher Julien Paluku Kahongya, Doctoral Student in Political and Administrative Sciences at the University of Kinshasa and Minister of Foreign Trade, is a responsible political approach which provides information on how the Congolese State functions, on how it decides and on how he assumes his responsibilities, said Judith Suminwa Tuluka, godmother of this work and Head of Government, by baptizing this book in front of several eminent university professors, researchers, members of the Government, parliamentarians including the First Vice-President of the National Assembly, Jean-Claude Tshilumbayi

The Prime Minister asked the author to make an electronic publication of this work
With this book, researcher Julien Paluku Kahongya positions himself as a precursor of the archives of decisions of the Councils of Ministers and immortalizes Prime Minister Judith Suminwa in the history of the Democratic Republic of Congo, because he fills the gaps in knowledge of several years on the functioning of the Government, declared Professor Émile Bongeli, preface to this book.

The researcher Julien Paluku Kahongya for his part encouraged people to massively purchase this work to discover behind the scenes on the preliminaries to government action and the interactivity within the executive of the Republic, to thus avoid repeating the mistakes of the past

Thanks to this scientific work, the way of executing the decisions of the Councils of Ministers will be deepened, declared, for his part, Professor Michel Bisa Kibul, while presenting this book

Note that the author's presentation was made by Professor Nicole Bwatshia Ntumba who described her exceptional journey from neighborhood chief to Minister of Foreign Trade.
