64TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE INDEPENDENCE OF THE DRC: CONFERENCE ON HOW TO ACHIEVE THE ECONOMIC INDEPENDENCE OF THE DRC/CHALLENGES, POTENTIALS AND PROSPECTS: FOCUS ON THE PRESENTATION BY DOCTORAL STUDENT JULIEN PALUKU KAHONGYA

Panelist this Sunday, June 30 in Kinshasa at the conference focused on how to achieve the economic independence of the DRC: Challenges, potentials and perspectives organized by Congo Prosper and Grand-CPG, Julien Paluku Kahongya, Doctoral student in Political and Administrative Sciences at the University of Kinshasa, Expert in Management of armed conflicts in the Great Lakes region, in Decentralization and in Development made it clear that the security sector to protect the country and its wealth, the agricultural sector to feed the Congolese and the world and the infrastructure sector to evacuate the different productions constitute the priorities for the country to be economically independent.

This economic independence must involve the implementation of planning tools already developed by the Government, notably the National Strategic Development Plan, the Agricultural Transformation Plan and the Industrialization Master Plan, added Minister Julien Paluku Kahongya.
